No. The Accord Platform does not itself provide mortgage finance. Participants must obtain mortgage approval from a qualifying financial institution, subject to that institution’s independent criteria.
No. Admission does not guarantee mortgage approval. Mortgage approval remains subject to affordability, credit, documentation and the lending institution’s independent assessment.
No. Admission does not guarantee property availability, reservation, mortgage approval or transfer. Each of those stages has separate requirements.
The Accord Platform™ is developed, owned and administered by Gold Spark Capital (Pty) Ltd, the legal entity responsible for admissions, Platform administration, official communications and contractual documentation.
Priority Access is the formal admission and preparation pathway into The Accord Platform. It begins with an application and, if approved, continues through contracting, Access Fee arrangements and the qualification period.

No. Each application is assessed against the Platform’s eligibility, documentation and participation requirements. Additional information may be requested.
An approved applicant receives the applicable approval documentation and Priority Access Agreement and must satisfy the activation requirements stated in that agreement.
Priority Access must ordinarily have been active for at least six months before property selection, subject to the applicable agreement and all other eligibility requirements.
The Access Fee is payable for admission, onboarding, administration, programme preparation and the services and benefits described in the Priority Access Agreement.
The current fee is P30,000 for the 70/30 Gateway and P25,000 for the 75/25 NexGen Wealth Builder.
Subject to approval and the agreement, the fee may be paid immediately or through an approved instalment arrangement of up to 12 months.
The Access Fee is non-refundable, subject to the applicable agreement and any mandatory legal rights that may apply. Applicants should read the agreement carefully before signing or paying.
No. It is not a deposit towards a specific property and does not form part of the purchase price unless a final transaction document expressly states otherwise.
It is a shared-equity product primarily intended for qualifying first-time homebuyers and other approved purchasers. The participant finances 70% and the Platform retains a 30% equity interest under the applicable agreements.
It is a shared-equity product intended for qualifying investment buyers, portfolio builders and parents building long-term property assets. The participant finances 75% and the Platform retains a 25% equity interest.
Shared equity means that the participant and the Platform have agreed economic interests in the property. The participant finances the majority share and the Platform retains the balance specified for the selected product.
Equity rental is the monthly amount payable for the participant’s continued use and benefit of the property value represented by the retained equity. It is separate from the mortgage repayment.
Yes. The participant may buy out the retained equity in accordance with the applicable buyout agreement and prescribed process.
The intended structure is for the participant to become the registered owner after mortgage approval, fulfilment of the agreements and registration of transfer. The retained interest will be protected through the agreed legal arrangements.
No property is presently represented on this website as completed, available or open for reservation. Qualifying property opportunities remain in the pipeline.
No property should be regarded as available for reservation unless The Accord Platform has formally launched it and opened reservations.
The Platform is intended to apply to qualifying properties offered by or through the Platform. It does not automatically apply to a property independently selected on the open market.
Approved participants and registered interested persons may be informed through the website, email, SMS or future secure digital channels.
No. The initial process is designed around admission and preparation. A property commitment arises only if the participant later selects a qualifying property and enters into the required transaction documents.
The initial website provides the Priority Access Application Form, the Priority Access Agreement or Access Fee Contract, and the product brochure.
A downloadable agreement may be a specimen for information. The binding version will ordinarily be the final agreement issued to an approved applicant and signed by the parties.

No. Identity documents, payslips and bank statements should not be submitted through the general enquiry form unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.

No. The Platform does not guarantee property value growth, rental returns, investment performance, mortgage approval or profit.
Product terms, fees and participation criteria may be reviewed. The rights and obligations applicable to an admitted participant are governed by the final signed agreements.
